BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses on supporting internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other vulnerable categories. The Fund monitors the protection of rights, provides legal and social assistance and implements humanitarian programs in almost all regions of Ukraine.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In partnership with the UN Refugee Agency, the Fund implements a project aimed at the development and implementation of effective strategies for social adaptation of IDPs and integration into communities. In order to cover the social problems of such peopleBF "Right to Protection"in partnership with The UN Refugee Agency implements the project "Providing services of protection and assistance with asylum for IDPs, returnees and war-affected population in Ukraine".

Position of senior specialist in social adaptation provides for the coordination of the activities of social workers and the development of social adaptation services.

text-decoration: none">Coordination of social workers' work facilitators.

  • Interaction with local communities, local government and international partners.

  • Organization and conducting of trainings, methodological seminars for social workers.

  • Control of the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of the adaptation service.

  • Analysis of data on the needs of IDPs and reporting on work results.

  • Organization of integration activities to support IDPs.

  • Maintenance of documentation in accordance with the Foundation's standards.

  • Understanding and following the Code of Conduct and other policies of the Foundation.

  • PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Higher education in social work, administrative management or related fields will be an advantage.

    • Understanding the purpose of the social adaptation service and its main measures

    • Experience of managing teams in the social or humanitarian sphere.

    • Ability to develop strategies and methodologies for providing social services.

    • Understanding the specifics of work with IDPs and humanitarian organizations.

    • Understanding the needs and approaches in working with the elderly and persons with disabilities.

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Google presentations, etc.)

    • Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment.
