Senior specialist in monitoring the status of employees' workplaces and customer service areas in PrivatBank

We are looking for Senior specialist in monitoring the condition of employees' workplaces and customer service areas who seeks to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values ​​of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

Basic duties:

• Organization and control of the compliance of the branches of the entire bank network with the established requirements (video-photo monitoring). Control of the elimination of detected discrepancies. Statistical analysis of the results obtained, development of proposals to reduce the level of discrepancies.

• Preparation of technical tasks for the development/improvement/automation of software complexes for monitoring, mobile applications.

• Development and standardization of requirements for maintaining workplaces and customer service areas of the bank;

• Setting up channels of appeals for bank employees on the issues of Administrative support, automation and control of application processing. Statistical analysis of appeals and the development of proposals to prevent the causes of appeals.

• Collection and processing of statistical data, analysis of the obtained results and development of conclusions and recommendations regarding indicators of effectiveness and efficiency of processes and products of the Direction of administrative support.

• Implementation of the employee motivation system for maintaining standards and order at workplaces throughout the bank's network;

• Prepares training materials and conducts training events for bank employees.

• Implementation of services, statistics, dashboards and modern monitoring measures;

• Creating Events in the Communication Calendar

• Preparation of reporting materials and presentations for the bank's management, for internal meetings and regional final meetings;

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (bachelor's degree and above), preferably by specialty, "Management", "Economics", "Finance, banking.

• Ability to systematize and analyze disparate streams of information, work with databasesand large arrays of statistical information.Skills of complex data analysis, determination of trends, anomalies, causes of deviations from target values.

• Skills in writing technical tasks/setting tasks for development, visualization of layouts.

• Search and implementation of modern methods of monitoring, process automation;

• Skills in the preparation of educational materials; development of standards and requirements, preparation of regulatory documents.

• A confident user of PC, MS Office or Libre, PowerPoint, Google services (sheets, documents, mail, calendar, etc.).

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)
