Senior Sourcer in Sprinterra

We are an established IT outsourcing company seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Sourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top-tier senior developers and be adept at sourcing and presenting high-quality resumes or profiles. This role will be on a freelance basis (part-time cooperation can be discussed), primarily for complex vacancies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source senior-level developer candidates through various channels.
• Screen and evaluate resumes or profiles to match specific job requirements.
• Provide detailed candidate profiles and resumes to our recruitment team.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the needs and requirements of each vacancy.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or similar role, specifically for senior developer positions.
• Strong understanding of IT industry and developer roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis for complex vacancies.
