Your leadership will bepivotal inelevating their expertise and encouraging them topioneer advancements inour technology Drive Technological Excellence: You will beresponsible for the continuous development ofour Tech Radar, ensuring itreflects the latest and most relevant technologies and practices that align with the client`s vision Set the Foundation: Establish and maintain guardrails and guidance for engineering practices atclient, enabling our engineering teams tobuild software that isinnovative, scalable, and maintains ahigh standard ofquality Foster Collaboration: You will nurture anArchitecture Council that serves asathink-tank for strategic technology decisions, ensuring cross-functional alignment and fostering aculture ofcollective ownership and knowledge sharing Blueprint Our Future: Create and articulate avisionary architecture blueprint that maps out the future ofthe client's platform, ensuring itisrobust, scalable, and adaptable tothe ever-changing landscape ofonline learningRequirements: Fluent English Commercial experience insoftware development (more than 7years) Commercial experience insolution architecture design (more than 3years) Proven Background: Several years ofexperience working inhighly mature tech companies asaDistinguished Engineer orArchitect, with ademonstrated track record oftechnical leadership and innovation Experience: Proven experience inleading high-caliber engineering teams, with adeep understanding ofsoftware architecture and system design inacloud environment, preferably with AWS Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Ruby, Typescript, and AWS, and the ability toguide and grow ateam working within this stack Strategic Thinking: The ability tothink strategically and create along-term vision for client's technology architecture, paired with the operational skills toimplement that vision Collaboration Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the capacity tobuild consensus across various stakeholder groups Inclusive Leadership: Acommitment tofostering aninclusive environment where diverse ideas are celebrated and every team member feels valued and empowered tocontributeDesirable: Certifications on: Architecture framework (SEI, TOGAF, etc.) Cloud computing platforms Delivery processes (SAFe, Agile, etc) Experience with: Release Management tools &Configuration Management tools Infrastructure asacode tools What`s initfor you?
