In In connection with a new round of investment, Fourel Aviation Solutions () is looking for an experienced engineer with a focus on Backend and distributed systems, and not on Frontend. Knowledge of React is a bonus, but not a requirement.

The ideal candidate has experience with microservices and integration with 3rd party APIs. It is important to be able to build these systems from scratch so that they are reliable, transparent and easy to debug.

Required:

• Typescript at maximum speed
• Basic knowledge of Docker
• Good understanding of AWS or other cloud provider
• Experience with technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, NATS and other queues, message brokers, streams
• Knowledge of English B2 and higher

A big advantage will be deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and GraphQL.

The current market for tools for private jet brokers and operators is in a deplorable state. Most brokers use Excel, email and WhatsApp as their main working tools, complemented by Avinode (the only more or less adequate solution on the market). There is an almost complete lack of process automation and analytics. Everything is fragmented and extremely inconvenient.

Our company, having enlisted the support of a large broker and operator for testing and consultation on the subject area, aims to improve this experience. We are creating a solution that will allow you to collect all requests, proposals, customer data, invoices, document flow, analytics and other elements in one place. This will speed up processes, reduce costs and allow you to achieve more with less effort. Starting with solving problems for brokers, we plan to further expand our offering to operators, airports and other segments, consistently adding new features.
