The Role
As a member of 0x’s pricing team, you will be laser focused on delivering the best prices at the fastest speeds. The work is similar to that of an MEV searcher: gas optimization, liquidity discovery, low latency, and integrating with the best AMMs such as Uniswap, Curve, Integral, and Ambient.
As a Software Engineer on the Pricing Team, you will:
- Work with our smart contract engineers to design secure gas optimizations
- Stay abreast with the ecosystem and integrate new AMMs as they attract liquidity
- Optimize the speed of our algorithms
- Work with our research engineers to implement novel pricing algorithms
- Experiment with Reth for faster data indexing
0x BACKEND TECH STACK
The pricing team’s tech stack is mostly Rust, TypeScript and Solidity.
Since real-time blockchain data is critical for pricing, we also rely heavily on Reth.

BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $230,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years+ of Engineering Experience
- Experience with TypeScript and Rust or similar languages
- Experience with software development best practices including code reviews, continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and automated testing
- Previous exposure to Web3/ Blockchain Applications
- Passion for the benefits of decentralization and the 0x mission: Eliminate the Complexity of Accessing Token and Liquidity
- US-compatible time zone

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
