• 5+ years of IT experience in Java development as individual contributor, as well as leader.
• Experience working in Agile projects, micro-services and knowledge on micro- frontends.
• Participate in platform improvement initiatives like improvement of performance, production stability.
• Experience in Spring, Spring boot and micro services architecture, Elasticsearch and ELK
• Experience in Monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus
• Understanding with one of major UI frameworks: React / Angular experiences, preferably both. 
• Exposure to Message driven architectures working on JMS, IBM MQ / Artemis / Solace etc.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools ex. Teamcity /Jenkins / JIRA/ Confluence
