Your area ofresponsibility: ⁠Lead the development from conceptualization todeployment; ⁠⁠Design and implement robust front-end architectures using Standard Web Components (AKA Custom Elements), Storybook, SCSS, orCSS inJS, Figma Dev Mode, and TypeScript; Advocate for and implement modern development practices, including, Agile practices, CI, CD, Git Flow, TDD, BDD, and usage ofthe Gherkin language; ⁠Collaborate with remote teams todefine, develop, and ship new features; ⁠Mentor developers and promote aculture ofexcellence and continuous learning within the team. Skills and requirements: Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, orarelated field; 5+years ofexperience insoftware development with JS; Good knowledge ofOOP languages; Atleast 2years using OOP languages like C#, Java, orsimilar; Full proficiency with the modern WEB Front-End ecosystem, ability tobuild and maintain the automated development pipeline using Figma Dev Mode, Storybook, CSS inJS, Web Components (Custom Elements), E2E and component testing; Strong background inGit Flow, Conventional Commits, Semantic Versioning, CI/CD daily practices, TDD, BDD, tooling, and ability toautomate development operations; Proven coaching skills and experience mentoring team members; Intermediate English. Will beaplus: Experience with Tauri orElectron; Good understanding ofOOP/OODprinciples, OOP Design Patterns, MVVM, and IoC/DI; Experience inthe development ofdesktop apps using Web Front End technologies like Electron, Tauri, orsimilar, isagreat advantage; Good understanding and practical experience with Cucumber, End-to-end testing, Executable Specs, and Gherkin language; Experience working with various test runners like WebDriver, Selenium, Cypress, orPlaywright; Contributions toopen-source projects orarobust GitHub portfolio; Some experience with Rust.
