AsaSenior Software Architect, you will play apivotal role indesigning, planning, and overseeing the implementation ofsoftware systems and infrastructure. This role demands ahigh-level understanding ofsoftware architecture, adept management ofresources, and foresight into technological advancements. Leading technical initiatives, you’ll ensure adherence tobest practices while effectively communicating with stakeholders todrive long-term project vision. Requirements: 9+years ofexperience insoftware development; 5+years ofexperience inproduct development; Proficiency incloud technologies and multiple programming languages. (Javascript/Node.js/React, Python, C++, etc.); Hands-on experience building aproduct from scratch tolaunch; Ability todesign and implement scalable, secure, and responsive web applications; Proven experience insoftware architecture and hardware-software integration, especially inthe context ofrobotic systems; Ability todocument architectural decisions and system designs and provide clear guidelines for development teams; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills toaddress complex challenges inthe development ofboth hardware and software for robotic systems; Strong leadership and people management skills, including coordination ofmultidisciplinary teams; Excellent communication skills toeffectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, firmware developers, and UI/UXdesigners; Proactive approach tostaying updated onemerging technologies and incorporating innovative solutions into the architecture; B.S. inComputer Science orquantitative field; M.S. preferred; Advanced level ofEnglish (C1). Would beaplus: Expertise inembedded systems programming and real-time operating systems; Strong understanding ofrobotic hardware components, sensors, and actuators; Familiarity with robotic middleware and communication protocols (e.g., ROS, MQTT, DDS); Knowledge ofelectronic systems and hardware design principles. Responsibilities: Develop high-level software system designs focusing onscalability, compatibility, and future integration. Evaluate project requirements and prioritize tasks tomaintain abalance between cost, resources, and timelines. Assess architecture options, selecting optimal technologies and methodologies. Coordinate technical efforts, oversee task distribution, and ensure adherence totimelines and quality standards. Provide technical leadership and career development, mentor team members, and promote aculture ofinnovation and learning. Create clear technical documentation and present solutions tostakeholders, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
