We provide a full range of security services: physical security, collection, demining, installation of security and fire systems, video surveillance and cargo escort, as well as constantly developing new technical areas.
Our company website:We invite a Senior Social Worker to our team.
What you will do:
- Organization and coordination of the system of social support of the participants of the educational project;
- Coordination of the work of social workers and distribution of workload;
- Social support of participants during training (orientation, adaptation, support);
- Helping participants in navigating social services, benefits and programs support;
- Interaction with state institutions, veteran structures, public organizations;
- Supporting participants in solving organizational and everyday issues related to training;
- Development of internal social support procedures and direct work standards;
- Maintenance of documentation and reports on social support;
- Close coordination with a psychologist, group supervisors, teachers and project management;
- Participation in creating a safe and accessible environment for people with disabilities of groups I-II.
Necessary skills and experience:
- Experience of social work or coordination of social programs;
- Understanding of the system of social services in Ukraine;
- Experience of working with persons with disabilities or other vulnerable groups;
- Communication skills with state bodies, public organizations and social services;
- Ability to keep documentation, reporting and work with personnel with data;
- Organizational skills: building processes, team coordination, task control;
- Experience of cross-functional interaction with educational or social teams;
- Basic understanding of ethical principles of working with sensitive information;
- Confident use of digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, video conferences).
Additional requirements:
- Education in the field of social work, social pedagogy or related fields is desirable;
- Practical experience of work in the field of social services or accompanying people;
- Understanding the specifics of working with persons with disabilities of the I-II groups;
- Experience of working in social or educational projects - advantage.

- Place of work: Kyiv, st. Sosnytska 1/44;
- Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00 (5/2). During the trial period, work in the office, after being ready to negotiate - a hybrid work format is possible (1 day per week);
- Timely payment of wages 2 times a month;
