The ROKADA Charitable Foundation, an executive partner of the UN Refugee Agency, announces a competition to fill the position of Senior Social Worker.

MAIN TASKS

• Organization of the protection needs assessment process in cooperation with team members
• Planning and coordination of activities of social workers
• Collection of reporting documentation from social workers and its consolidation
• Support of individual cases when necessary
• Ensuring regular monitoring of case management
• Appointment and holding of regular meetings on cases for providing support to social workers
• Participation in round tables, coordination meetings
• Assessment of training needs, development of training plans, facilitation and capacity building activities (trainings, practical sessions, supervision/mentoring, etc.) of social workers
• Ensuring the team's compliance with protection standards and their application in accordance with international and state recommendations and instructions
• Performing regular trips as part of mobile teams to places of residence
• Cooperation with local executive authorities

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in social work, human rights, international relations/international law or any other related field of social sciences
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in protection/social field or other related field
• Working experience in a humanitarian organization
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English at B2 level or higher
• Critical thinking, ability to process large amounts of information, organizational skills, excellent communication skills
• Confident Microsoft user Office
