Main Responsibilities
– craft and implement social media strategies to ramp up employer brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation on LinkedIn and Instagram
– curate and share top-notch, engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience and goals
– nurture social media communities, interacting with followers
– oversee social media campaigns, from content creation to performance tracking
– keep a finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends and tools to keep our brand ahead of the curve
– collaborate with internal teams to sync social media efforts with broader marketing objectives
– monitor and dissect social media performance data, offering regular insights and suggestions for improvement
– engage with our audience, responding to comments and messages, and fostering community growth
– stay in the loop on industry trends, competitor moves, and relevant news to spot new opportunities for our social media strategy
Mandatory Requirements
– bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
– proven track record in managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram (bonus points for TikTok and X understanding)
– solid grasp of social media metrics and analytics tools to monitor performance and tweak strategies
– stellar written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling content and engaging with audiences
– a knack for creative problem-solving to dream up innovative social media campaigns and strategies
– ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects at once
– meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess
– experience with social media management tools, scheduling software, and graphic design tools is a plus
