In this regard, the company's structure includes a marketing agency, which we are actively scaling and developing, which is why we are looking for cool and creativeSTRONG MIDDLE/SENIOR SMM-MANAGER, which will implement creative projects for our customers

Currently, we are on the way to creating an IT holding and developing a new startup in an interesting niche using artificial intelligence, which we will scale to the whole world.

Your goals within our projects will be:

• Analyze the client and its competitors weaknesses and strengths;

• Develop a communication strategy and positioning strategy for the client's business;

• According to the communication strategy, develop a media plan for the client;

• Prescribe shooting scenarios;
  Conduct content shooting for the client;

• Coordinate copywriters and designers in the framework of content creation;

• Publish content and track its results;

• Organize collaborations with influencers;

• Monitor the client's results and prepare reports for him.

By what criteria do you fit us:

• You have 2 years of experience in a similar position;

• In your portfolio there are cases with good results of managing Instagram/Facebook/Tik-Tok/Youtube/Linkedin;

• Do you have Adobe Photoshop, Canva, 

• You have a good understanding of the basics of marketing and the sales funnel;

• You have a thorough understanding of the algorithms of social networks;

• You know how to create effective text and creative content;

• Feel modern trends and adapt them to your tasks;

• You use the Ukrainian language competently according to the new spelling. 

It will be a plus if you:

• Had work experience in a similar position in a marketing agency;

• You have knowledge of the English language from level B2+;

• Had experience working with projects in the field of Military.
