Requirements:
 

• 3+ years of experience with major social media
• Experience in SMM team management
• Fluency in English (C1+)
• In-depth knowledge of eSports and gaming.< /li>
• Creativity, initiative and ability to work independently
• High awareness of current social media trends and SMM tools
• Ability to create viral and situational content for social media.
   

Key responsibilities:
 

• Development and adaptation of SMM strategy and content plan for the main NAVI social network based on constant tracking and analysis of results.
• Maintenance of social networks Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, X, TikTok, etc.
• Search and initiation of new opportunities for increasing brand presence in social media networks.
• Build the reach and number of followers in all social networks of the brand.
• Create viral and situational content for social media.
• Coordination of the SMM team of editors.

• Regular reporting.
• Constant communication and collaboration with media team and other NAVI departments.
