Senior SEO Specialist/Team Lead

We are currently looking for a skilled and proactive Senior SEO specialist to expand our team expertise.

Tasks:

• planning, development and implementation of SEO strategy for the site;
• deep niche research of competitors;
• work on organic search optimization and ROl maximization;
• regular conducting of thorough keyword research;
• definition of key SEO KPIs for yourself and your team (two people);
• tracking of clicks, registrations, transactions, bounce rates and other KPIs;
• regular preparation and submission of reports;
• identification of problems and shortcomings and timely implementation of solutions;
• proposals for improvement and optimization of the process and productivity;
• cooperation with web developers, link builders and marketing team;
• to be aware of the latest trends and best practices of SEO and digital marketing;
• creating a content plan;
• regular measurement of the effectiveness of SEO campaigns by interpreting indicators with the help of SEO tools and the use of web analytics.

Expectations from candidates:

• experience with CMS (especially WordPress);
• skills in working with Ahrefs, Netpeak Spider/Checker, Screaming Frog, Semrush, etc. tools;
• skills in working with search results (the ability to parse results for specific queries, use regular expressions and use browser applications at work to collect additional information, change location and language);
• audit experience (understanding how and why a technical audit is done, understanding the expediency of changes that need to be made based on the audit results);
• experience with analysis of statistics and analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.);
• collection of semantic core and clustering;
• skills in working with internal site linking;
• On-page optimization;
• skills in working on the external factors of the site;
• experience in competitive niches;
• work with experiments.
