We are a large and ambitious media buying team working in Performance Affiliate Marketing and highly competitive niches. We are growing and scaling fast.

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Senior/Team Lead SEO to join our team. We need someone who can quickly understand and scale our experience, bring their ideas and be able to build and manage a team. We also expect that the applicant for this vacancy is able to independently lead and promote projects "from" to "to" in highly competitive niches. Experience is important to us not only as a technical specialist, but also experience in managing a team.

Where are we going?

We already have several seo teams that achieve significant results. Together with you, we plan to build a team of 5-6 people in a year who will lead projects in competitive geos and give cool results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work as an SEO specialist with successful SEO experience in highly competitive niches.
• Experience in building a team and managing subordinates.
• Ability to express your thoughts clearly and clearly.
• Understanding search engine algorithms and recent updates.
• html & css - understanding how page markup can change a snippet in the results search.
• Excel or Google Sheets - a confident user of formulas.
• Screaming frog or other crawlers - a confident user.
• Experience with the Ahrefs service
• Knowledge of non-standard link building technologies.

Would be an advantage

• Work experience in Western markets.
• Portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Promotion of new projects to the top of Google, support of existing ones.
• Building and management of a team of seo specialists.
• Working with semantics and content.
• Internal and external optimization.
• Analysis of competitors and improvement of current promotion strategies.
• Generation and implementation of new ideas regarding optimization.
