We expect: proven experience as an SEO specialist with a focus on developing and implementing successful SEO strategies 2+ years; deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research and SEO best practices; proficiency with SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz or similar ;experience with technical SEO, including website auditing, indexing, search engine optimization and site speed optimization;analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions;effective communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a cross-functional environment oriented for a team; leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members; organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at the same time; command of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above. What you will do: develop and implement effective SEO strategies to attract organic traffic and improve positions in various search engines; conduct thorough keyword research, analyze site performance and identify opportunities for optimization; conduct on-page and off-page optimization activities, including content optimization, link building and technical SEO improvements; collaborate with content creators, web developers and marketing teams; monitor and analyze website analytics and SEO metrics to identify areas for improvement and regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) ;stay abreast of industry trends, changes in search engine algorithms and new SEO techniques to continuously improve our SEO strategies;provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, share knowledge and experience to promote professional growth.
