It is important for us:

Technical knowledge:

• the basics of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (understanding how they affect indexing and rendering);
• working with technical SEO (crawl budget, understanding Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed, site structure (architecture, nesting, perlinking)).

Analytics and tools:

• experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.);
• Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools;
• SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Majestic;
• skills in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio;
• understanding how to build boards, analyze data and to find insights.

Content and semantics:

• deep understanding of keywords: clustering, intent (informational, commercial, transactional);
• experience in drafting content strategies and working with editors.

Link building and digital PR:

• development of an external promotion strategy;
• experience with outreach, exchanges, guest posts;
• understanding risks and Google policies.

Local SEO:

• experience with Google Business Profile;
• SEO for different languages ​​(hreflang, subdomains, folders);
• understanding of local ranking factors.

Soft skills and management:

• management of SEO strategy and projects;
• setting tasks for the team (copywriters, link builders, developers);
• presentation skills and explaining SEO to business/management;
• experience with KPI and reporting.

Experience and cases:

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior SEO;
• successful projects with organic traffic and revenue growth;
• experience with large sites (e-commerce, content portals, SaaS).

What will you do?

• Develop and implement strategies for search engine optimization and site promotion, based on the client's business goals;
• forecast the budget and evaluate the effectiveness of spending;
• analyze efficiency and promptly respond to any changes in the process of implementation of promotion;
• mentor junior specialists from the team, delegate tasks and control their quality, train the team.
