We are looking for a Senior SEO specialist, with practical experience in the field of SEO, internal and external optimization methods and the ability to independently promote sites in the Google search engine.

What will need to be done:

• Independently lead large projects in competitive niches;

• Execute planned KPIs by projects;

• Perform the entire complex of SEO works: from Onpage to Offpage;

• Organize and automate the routine work process to complete all tasks within the set deadlines;

• Find optimal strategies for specific clients, taking into account competition, subject and region;

• Test new approaches in project promotion: from planning to implementation and analysis of results;

• Form SEO strategies and participate in presentations to clients together with the New Business Manager;

• Analyze the effectiveness of the chosen strategy, execution of the plan, look for growth points for projects;

• Communicate with colleagues, customers, technical team, contractors;

• Participate in filling the knowledge base with profile information (if necessary).

Requirements:

• Experience in SEOd 3 years;

• Experience with large projects (100k+ pages). Experience in competitive niches will be a plus;

• Successful cases based on the results of independent project management;

• Great experience with SEO tools Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush or Serpstat, Screaming Frog or Netpeak Spider,  Seranking, Chrome DevTools, Surfer SEO will be a plus)

• The ability to decompose goals, etc CREE.

• Strong focus on the client's result, the ability to find solutions for the tasks, application of non-standard approaches;

• English proficiency level: Intermediate (B1);

• Experience working in a team, an open and transparent approach;

• Experience of communication with customers, technical team, contractors.

Terms:

• Working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00 (Monday to Friday);
