Senior Scrum Master in Perpetio

Необхідні навички:

— Upper-intermediate or Fluent English;
— 4+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software — development environment;
— Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams;
— Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred;
— Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello;
— Healthcare experience is an advantage.

Обов’язки:

— Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
— Mentor and coach Scrum teams to embrace and follow Agile methodologies effectively;
— Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress;
— Collaborate closely with product owners to ensure alignment of product vision and team objectives;
— Guide the team in estimating and forecasting sprint deliverables;
— Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives;
— Provide guidance and support to teams in adopting best practices and tools.
