We also create a global HXM Express solution, gathering our best practices from over 150 implementation projects.

Senior SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Consultant

Apply if:
- you have at least 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions for customers,
- you have knowledge of the architecture of SAP cloud solutions in the field of HCM and implementation and integration models for SAP SuccessFactors,
- you know the business processes related to with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM (employee development, recruitment, evaluation, training, succession, remuneration, HR and payroll administration),
- you communicate fluently in English,
- you have analytical skills, teamwork and quick learning,
- you like to share knowledge,
- you can skillfully lead a team as a lead consultant.
Welcome:
- knowledge of the SAP Cloud Platform platform and integration tools and available APIs of the SAP system (Web Services, OData),

knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud analytical tools, knowledge of SAP Concur, Kronos, Fieldglass, Qualtrics, documented participation in the SAP SuccessFactors implementation project along with integration with SAP S∕ 4 HANA or in the SAP Employee Central Payroll implementation project, German language.
