Requirements:

• Higher education; li>
• Experience of working as a senior seller or administrator in a clothing and footwear store for at least 2 years;
• Experience in personnel management;
• Knowledge and ability to work with key performance indicators of the store;
• Leadership qualities, focus on the result;
• Energy and diligence;

  • Ensuring store sales, working with clients;
  • Coordination of staff work; training, motivation, control of performance of planned indicators by staff;
