Senior Salesforce Developer (USA; part-time)

Lviv, Chernivtsi, remote

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce developer (5+ years experience) for an American project in the field of taxes and finance. Part-time employment . The level of English is Upper-Intermediate (and above).

Basic requirements:
— 5+ years of commercial work experience in the position of Salesforce developer ;
—Experience with Stripe and Box ;

— Skills to work in a fast-paced, informal environment where constant changes take place and a high quality bar is set;

— Professional and energetic attitude to work;
— Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (and above);
— Personal qualities: independence, discipline, sociability.

Will be a plus:

— Salesforce certification;

— Technical education.

Working conditions:
—Hybrid work format;

—Employment ~10 hours/week ;
— Full accounting support;

About the project:

Country: USA

Client provides financial services for businesses (reporting, tax payment, consulting, etc.). The company's primary goal is to help entrepreneurs entering the U.S. market, startups, and early-stage companies build a solid financial foundation for their business while avoiding any nasty tax surprises that could hinder their growth.

Responsibilities on the project (What are the main responsibilities? What exactly needs to be done on the project?)

— Identification and elimination of problems, improvement of platform performance ;

- Work with integrations (the main ones are Stripe and Box);

—Testing;

—Reporting setup and automation.

—Documentation and review of workflows.

Organization of work processes:

— Work schedule: flexible;

—Calls: 1 mandatory call with the team per week + additional calls as needed.

Stages of the interview:

— HR interview (45 min);

— Technical interview with the client (1-1.5 hours); Other: Interviews in Ukrainian and English.
