Project: We’re embarking onavital Salesforce project aimed atmigrating all existing Process Builders (PBs) and Workflows (WFs) toFlow. This endeavor demands ahigh level ofexpertise inSalesforce Flows, involving the identification, documentation, and transformation ofcurrent automations toenhance efficiency and performance within our Salesforce environment. Role Responsibilities: Lead the migration ofexisting automations, including Process Builders and Workflows, into Salesforce Flows, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency. Conduct acomprehensive audit ofcurrent automations, documenting trigger points, expected inputs, and outputs accurately. Design and implement Salesforce Flows that replicate orenhance existing automation logic, ensuring integration and functionality. Collaborate within anagile Scrum team, actively participating insprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Maintain rigorous testing regimes toensure solutions surpass standard quality benchmarks, with afocus oncomprehensive testing beyond traditional unit tests. Uphold strong governance and adhere tobest practices incode development, deployment, and Salesforce platform architecture, prioritizing standardized solutions inacode-heavy Salesforce environment. Required Skills: Mastery ofSalesforce Flow: Minimum of3years’ experience with intensive daily exposure toSalesforce Flows. Salesforce Architecture: Strong understanding ofSalesforce platform architecture with proven expertise inSalesforce Apex. Advanced Testing Skills: Demonstrated ability toperform extensive testing beyond conventional unit tests. Agile Proficiency: Solid experience inagile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Communication: Exceptional communication skills with fluency inEnglish; proficiency inPortuguese orFrench isadvantageous. COPADO Experience: Highly regarded.
