Main duties: Analysis and evaluation of the department's performance, analysis of key indicators, search for deviations in the department's work, preparation of proposals and decision-making to optimize the department's work ; Development of the sales department and strategic planning; Quality control of managers' work (analysis of correspondence, work with objections, training of aftersales); Formation of intangible motivation and its implementation; Control of work with the base; Implementation of new scripts; Assistance to managers in order processing We offer our employees: office in a new business center in Chernivtsi.
