Due to the expansion of the department, we are looking for a responsible Senior Manager! Main responsibilities: Development and implementation of a sales plan, increase in sales and profit; Analysis and assessment of department performance, analysis of key indicators, search for deviations in the department's work, preparation of proposals and decision-making to optimize the department's work; Development of the sales department and strategic planning Quality control of managers' work (analysis of correspondence, work with objections, after-sales training); Formation of intangible motivation and its implementation; Control of work with the database; Reporting; Work with key clients. Required skills and experience: Experience in sales from of the year; Experience in a management position from the 1st year; Understanding of Instagram, Facebook algorithms; Confident user of PC, 1C, CRM, Ads Manager; Understanding of the sales funnel, conversions, what they consist of and how they can be managed; Systematic, ability to analyze a large amount of information; the ability to gather a team around you, inspire, teach and support; high demands on yourself and employees, focus on results.
