Happy Print - we print happiness every day We create branded merch and printing that people actually want to wear and give as gifts. And now we are looking for a Sales Team Leader to be a growth driver and leader for the team.

Who we are looking for:A leader with B2C/B2B sales experience, who:

• knows how to lead and inspire a team and show the result by his own example;
• works with CRM, numbers and funnel, not "on feelings";
• loves negotiations, clients and big deals;
• thinks proactively and is constantly looking for where to grow.

Team: 3 managers (2 B2C + 1 B2B). Small, vibrant, bureaucracy-free — fast decisions and real impact. Hiring and integrating a B2B manager will be the first challenge for you!

What you will do:

• You will manage the sales department and train the team;
• You will execute and exceed plans;
• You will build a growth strategy and test new ideas;
• You will lead key customers and large corporate events. orders;
• you will improve processes, scripts, KPI;
• you will work with analytics and results.
