This role will be pivotal in shaping our sales department, optimizing processes, and attracting new projects to propel our company forward.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English (written and verbal)
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales processes (from intro-call to deal)
  • Experience with personalized outbound
  • Ability to improvise and create sales strategies
  • Ability to identify clients’ pain points and come up with effective solutions;
  • Knowledge of sales funnels and processes
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence sales metrics
  • Personal motivation, result orientation, and responsibility
  • Network of potential clients from Europe, USA, Canada, Australia

Key responsibilities include:

  • Market Analysis: Identifying trends and opportunities through deep market research
  • Leadership: Building and nurturing a sales team, teaching modern sales methods and tools
  • Sales Innovation: Developing and implementing efficient sales processes, utilizing CRM for optimization
  • Key Account Management: Fostering and sustaining long-term relationships with key clients
  • Negotiations and Deal Closing: Applying advanced negotiation skills to successfully close deals
  • Goals and Metrics: Setting sales goals and tracking performance metrics to stimulate revenue growth
  • Market Positioning: Preparation for events and roadshows
  • Customer Success Partnership: Ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty, gathering feedback
  • Ethical Sales Practices : Maintaining high standards of honesty and transparency in all dealings
