We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales to lead our sales department. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence by forging robust relationships with key business clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically Generate Leads: Identify new business prospects through in-depth market research, proactive networking, and effective outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and enhance enduring relationships with prospective clients to drive business development and secure lucrative deals.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative sales strategies that significantly boost revenue and expand market penetration.
  • Product Demonstrations: Execute compelling product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate the unique value of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to the successful closing of deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing and customer support to deliver an exceptional and cohesive customer experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance and market dynamics to identify improvement opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of surpassing sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and fostering meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, with a solid understanding of sales process management.
  • In-depth knowledge of current industry trends and competitor activities.
