Closely is an all-in-one sales engagement platform that helps businesses automate outreach efforts via main channels such as LinkedIn and email. Our platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools for LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and lead management.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing prospecting sequences autonomously.
- Setting up meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives in the next steps.
- Main prospects and clients from SaaS, IT-Service, Fintech, and HR Industry.
- Providing regular reports on prospecting activities and results to the Head of Growth.
- Identifying best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.
Main KPIs:
- Tracking progress towards meeting quota goal (booked demo calls/ appointments monthly).
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets/appointment quotas.
- Experience in different outreach strategies: ABM approach, Intent base sales, classical bulk outreach, highly personalised prospecting.
- Understanding how to work with sales automation tools.
- Understanding how the sales engagement & automation market works will be a plus

The remuneration package includes:
- Monthly Flat Fee
