Closely is an all-in-one sales engagement platform that helps businesses automate outreach efforts via main channels such as LinkedIn and email. Our platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools for LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and lead management.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Preparing prospecting sequences autonomously.
  • Setting up meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives in the next steps.
  • Main prospects and clients from SaaS, IT-Service, Fintech, and HR Industry.
  • Providing regular reports on prospecting activities and results to the Head of Growth.
  • Identifying best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.

 

Main KPIs:

 

  • Tracking progress towards meeting quota goal (booked demo calls/ appointments monthly).

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets/appointment quotas.
  • Experience in different outreach strategies: ABM approach, Intent base sales, classical bulk outreach, highly personalised prospecting.
  • Understanding how to work with sales automation tools.
  • Understanding how the sales engagement & automation market works will be a plus

 

Closely Application Process:

  1. 1-st interview with SDR Team Lead - 20 minutes
  2. Workshop Preparation.
  3. Workshop with SDR Team Lead,  AEs and Head of Growth - 60 minutes
  4. Job Offer

 

The remuneration package includes:

  1. Monthly Flat Fee
  2. Bonus system for successfully booked appointment
