Senior Sales Development Representative in Closely

Hi!)We are looking for a Senior Sales Development RepresentativeWho we are:Closely is an all-in-one sales engagement platform that helps businesses automate outreach efforts via main channels such as LinkedIn and email. Our platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools for LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and lead management.Main responsibilities:– Preparing prospecting sequences autonomously;– Setting up meetings between prospects and the sales team;– Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives in the next steps;– Main prospects and clients from SaaS, IT-Service, Fintech, and HR Industry;– Providing regular reports on prospecting activities and results to the Head of Growth;– Identifying best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.Main KPIs:– Tracking progress towards meeting quota goal (booked demo calls/ appointments monthly).Key Requirements:– 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets/appointment quotas;– Experience in different outreach strategies: ABM approach, Intent base sales, classical bulk outreach, highly personalised prospecting;– Understanding how to work with sales automation tools;– Understanding how the sales engagement & automation market works will be a plusClosely Application Process:– 1-st interview with Head of Growth - 20 minutes;– Test Task: 2 business days for completion - 2-4 hours;– Task Feedback with AEs and Head of Growth - 45 minutes;– Job Offer.The remuneration package includes:– Monthly Flat Fee;– Bonus system for successfully booked appointment.
