An innovative startup developing a cutting-edge content delivery network (CDN) leveraging Solana blockchain technology. Our mission is to revolutionize content distribution by combining the power of decentralized systems with high-performance delivery mechanisms

Team on the project: 10+ team members

Requirements:

• 4 + years of experience in Rust programming
• 3 + years of backend development experience in any statically typed language (e.g., Go, Java, Rust, C++)
• 1 + years of experience with blockchain development, preferably on Solana
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and networking principles
• Familiarity with smart contract development and blockchain protocols

Nice-to-have :

• Experience with the Solana ecosystem and Anchor framework
• Knowledge of content delivery networks and related technologies
• Contributions to open-source projects, especially in the blockchain space
• Understanding of cryptographic principles and their applications in blockchain

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of the CDN platform using Rust, adhering to best practices for performance, scalability, and security
• Build robust integrations between the CDN and the Solana blockchain, leveraging smart contracts to manage content distribution, payment, and access control
• Architect and implement highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems for content delivery, leveraging Rust’s concurrency primitives and asynchronous programming
• Optimize network performance and efficiency for content delivery, including protocol selection, caching strategies, and load balancing
• Profile and optimize Rust code for maximum performance, leveraging low-level system programming techniques when necessary
• Write unit, integration, and system tests to ensure code reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in both Rust and Solana environments
