Senior Rust Developer in Softengi

We execute, develop, and support different Softengi and Intecracy group projects. We are looking for an experienced Rust developer to join our high-tech team.We are looking for a specialist who lives in Italy or is ready to go on a business trip to Italy (Bergamo) sometimesYour qualification:• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer.• Solid programming experience with Rust, including building large-scale applications.• Good understanding of https://substrate.io and EVM substrate modules like Frontier https://github.com/polkadot-evm/frontier!• Strong expertise in Rust programming language, with a deep understanding of its core concepts and features.• Proficiency in common algorithms and data structures.• Familiarity with architectural design patterns and their practical application.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Experience with version control systems such as Git.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• English - Upper-Intermediate• Italian - will be a plusResponsibilities:• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Rust programming language.• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.• Contribute to architectural design decisions and discussions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.• Design and implement algorithms and data structures to solve complex problems.• Optimize application performance and scalability through code refactoring and performance tuning.• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in Rust programming and software development.
