Unlike most firms, they integrate legal expertise with in-house software development to enhance client experiences and streamline operations. Their current focus includes expanding a client communication portal in the UK, developing a record review application, and integrating a payment solution for client disbursements.They are starting to build their team, currently have only US-based Lead Ruby on Rails engineer + Salesforce teamClient's Tech Stack:Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Tailwind CSS, Hotwire, Svelte, Heroku, Salesforce.Looking for a senior (7+ yrs) full-stack with the following requirements:• Extensive proficiency in Ruby on Rails;• Experience with component-based JavaScript frameworks such as React, Svelte, or Vue;• Expertise in designing and building cloud-native architectures on Heroku or similar platforms;• Strong experience in API integration.Nice to haves: • Experience with Salesforce development or APIs;• Document data extraction;• Working in regulated industries such as Legal, Healthcare, or Fintech, and a keen interest in generative AI and its potential applications.
