eZdorovya is an IT company responsible for the development and implementation of the largest projects in Ukraine from the electronic health care system eHealth - the reform of medicine. The key task of eZdorovya is to build a stable, politically independent, safe electronic health care system, as well as create conditions for development of a free and competitive market of IT services in medicine and opportunities for interaction with the central eHealth database. In connection with the expansion, we are increasing the PMO eZdorovya team. Senior PMResponsibilitiesManage IT projects related to eHealth development, which will include:- preparing, maintaining and updating project plans/roadmaps, resource plans, budget plans, communication plans, risk/stakeholder matrices and other documents related to project management; - constant monitoring of the roadmap and project delivery statuses; - establishment of effective communication with internal and external stakeholders: the project team, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the National Health Service, the Ministry of Digital, donor organizations, software suppliers, others; - management of software development; - preparation of periodic reporting; - schedule management; - requirements management; - budget management; - risk and change management; - team motivation and environment provision for effective project delivery. Necessary skills • Project management experience in the development of enterprise software products and software implementation on the customer/developer side from 3-4 years. • Experience in managing a technical team of 10 people. • Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBoK standards is necessary. • English language proficiency - upper-intermediate.• Knowledge and practical skills of working with the full SDLC cycle.• Experience of working with Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.• Experience of working with T&M and Fixed Price contracts.• Practical experience of using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project , ets.).We offer• Experience in creating and supporting a unique system of electronic medicine that meets the leading world standards and changes the health care system in Ukraine• Implementation of the largest projects in Ukraine• Work in a friendly and professional team• English language courses at the expense of the company • Official employment and guarantees according to the Labor Code • Possibility of remote work • Work schedule 5/2
