As a Senior RPG Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial services provider committed to transforming its Core Banking Landscape. Your role involves rebuilding core banking applications and ensuring top-quality deliverables. Embedded within a team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 6+ years of hands-on expertise in RPG400/IV, RPG Free, CL, SQL, and Embedded SQL
• Advanced experience with RPG (ILE/FREE), including Procedures, Service Programs, and Functions
• Familiarity with application design and development in the BFSI/Banking domain
• Experience with web services and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD tools
• Proven ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile environment and managing change effectively
• Ability to release and support applications in a production environment

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with change management tools
• A collaborative and supportive attitude within a demanding Agile environment
• The ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders effectively
