Senior risk, audit and investigation analyst in Human Capital Ukraine

For our client, an international consulting company, we are looking for a Senior Analyst for Risks, Audits and Investigations.

This position is created for a high-level professional whose key competence is analytical work with information, conducting non-financial audits, investigations and preparing sound analytical materials for management decisions.

The role is not operational. or administrative. It focuses on finding, checking, analyzing and interpreting information.

Work location: Kyiv, Ukraine, remote format not possible.

• Management receives high-quality, reasoned and clear analytical materials for decision-making.
• Risks are detected at early stages, before they transformed into incidents.
• Processes of cooperation with partners and counterparties become more transparent and controlled.

Requirements for the candidate

• Higher education (law, security, international relations, economics, political science or related fields).
• Substantial experience of analytical work in one or more areas:
  • economic or corporate security;
  • anti-corruption activities;
  • compliance and non-financial audits;
  • state or international analytical structures;
  • journalistic or specialized investigations.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information and transform data into analytical conclusions.
• Experience in writing reports, analytical reports, memoranda.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, high standards of fact-checking.
• Understanding the ethical and legal limits of working with information.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, confident working English, including written.
