- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in regulatory reporting and analysis within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including Basel III, COREP, PILLAR 3, and related reporting requirements.
- Proven expertise in preparing and analyzing complex regulatory reports and responding to regulatory inquiries.
- Experience with stress testing, impact analysis, and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant regulatory reporting tools and systems.
