Main tasks and functions:

• Search and recruitment of personnel in the authorized regional administration (RU);
• Ensure adaptation of newcomers;
• Conduct exit interviews with colleagues who are leaving;
• Conduct internal competitions and formation of HR reserve of RU;
• Implementation of HR-partnership cultures to RU;
• Interaction with local educational institutions;
• Preparation of reporting on personnel selection;
• Labor market monitoring and analysis;
• Participation in recruitment management tasks and projects.

We expect you to: < /p>

• Experience in the field of personnel selection from 2 years;
• Understanding the full life cycle of an employee in the company and knowledge of tools for working with personnel at each stage;
< li>Knowledge of modern personnel search methods and tools;
• Full higher education.
