Weare seeking atalented and experienced Senior Recruiter tojoin ourHR team and play apivotal role inattracting top talent tosupport our company’s growth and success. Responsibilities: Execute recruiting plans tofill open positions effectively. Identify and source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Review CVs and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Conduct in-depth interviews toassess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage the candidate experience from application tooffer stage, ensuring apositive and professional experience for all candidates. Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) totrack candidate activity and maintain accurate records. Provide training and support tohiring managers and team members oneffective use ofthe ATS. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices intalent acquisition and recruitment. Initiate recruitment process and procedures improvement. Cultivate and promote the employer brand through various channels, including social media, networking events, and employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities: Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, orrelated field. 5+years ofexperience inrecruiting, with afocus onfull-cycle recruitment. Proven track record ofsuccessfully sourcing and attracting top talent. Strong knowledge ofrecruitment techniques, best practices, soft skills assessment methods isamust. English language proficiency level— not lower than upper intermediate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability tomanage multiple priorities and thrive inafast-paced environment.
