The holding, which combines several businesses both in Ukraine and abroad, now needs to strengthen the HR team with the position of Senior recruiter for the permanent selection of non-IT business positions: BDM, digital marketing, C-level for one direction of business - retail in Asia, Europe and the USA.
Work format - remote.
Full time employment.
Key features:
• Full lifecycle hiring for non-technical/digital/business positions (closing 2-3 positions per month on average).• Professional management of the entire recruitment process
• Evaluation and selection of candidates to create a strong reserve of talent
• Actively searching for candidates using various channels (including passive candidates) and creating a pipeline of candidates for each positions on a permanent basis
• Description of job instructions, in accordance with business requirements p>
Skills and qualifications required:
• Experience in recruitment from 3 years in the international market, including in the search for management positions (C-level)
< p>• Experienced user of Google X-Ray, Linkedin, etc.• Successful experience of conducting various types of interviews (including competency-based and case-interviews)
•From Upper-intermediate (B2) level of English (both spoken and written)
• Initiative, independent, responsible, proactive, flexible, energetic and result-oriented person, able to close tasks "turnkey".
