Ajax products are an ecosystem of more than 135 devices that protect premises from robbery, fire, flooding and provide the ability to control electrical appliances. Today, Ajax covers all continents, is sold in 187 countries and reliably protects more than 1.8 million users. The company has three directions: R&D, Business Unit and production. The production process is provided by five departments: SMT assembly, assembly, semi-finished products, and testing of the finished product. Also the experimental and technological department and the quality control department. Modern SMT conveyor lines are installed in production, key processes are automated and capacity is constantly being increased. We are looking for a recruiting leader who will strengthen the team. Responsibilities: search and selection of candidates for the production team and Admin of production vacancies; analysis of the effectiveness of channels for attracting candidates and searching for new ones; active participation in the development and building of the HR brand; participation in external HR processes (adaptation, training, internal communications). It is necessary to be able to: recruitment of personnel of various levels (engineers, production/office personnel, etc.), manage the full cycle of personnel recruitment (resume screening/ phone interviews, interviews, sending job-offer-a); perform qualitative and quantitative indicators; high-quality withdrawal of the application for the search of candidates; quality sourcing; conducting high-quality telephone and personal interviews with job candidates and internal customers; providing feedback at all stages of the interview. What software must be mastered: advanced user: MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point). Experience: from 2 years. Additional requirements: high level of communication skills; attention to detail; the ability to understand people; multitasking ability to quickly process large amounts of information; lack of fear of something new.
