Senior Recruiter (Local Recruitment) in Ajax Systems

The position of Senior Recruiter at Ajax Systems involves a dynamic work rhythm and professional growth. The main task is to become a reliable partner for hiring managers.

The name of our team is Local Business Unit, i.e. we search the Ukrainian market and work with business vacancies.

p>Now our team has 4 Recruiters, 1 Talent Sourcerand 1 Team Lead. 

- Communicate directly with hiring managers in the Business Unit department.

- Work with the full cycle of recruiting to close vacancies in teams: marketing, logistics, finance, customer support.

- Conduct initial acquaintances with candidates, phone/personal interviews.

- Regularly monitor the candidate market, offer new channels, to attract the best specialists

- Propose and implement changes to recruiting processes.

- Participate in staff adaptation and related projects.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, closing positions of various levels and complexity.

- Excellent knowledge of basic methods of selection and evaluation of candidates. - Proactivity, desire to develop. p>
