Our partner company, a Ukrainian gambling startup, is on the lookout for a rockstar Senior/Lead Recruiter to join their team of 70 passionate professionals. It’s a B2C company with big dreams and needs someone quick, sharp, and ready to build awesome teams from the ground up. You’ll lead a new direction from scratch and develop processes tailored to your style.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first-ever recruiter! You’ll set the stage for all things recruitment;
• Build and shape dynamic teams in the world of gambling;
• Eventually, grow and lead your recruiting squad;

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience. You’ve got the chops;
• Previous experience as a lead? That’s a big plus!
• Experience in the gambling industry. You know the game;
• Startup mindset. You’re ready to roll with the punches and think outside the box;
• Stellar communication skills and a knack for innovative thinking;
