To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a Senior recruiterto our team. If you can and want to work in a dynamic environment in a team of challengers, you have a proactive position - welcome U aboard

Main responsibilities:

• Search for effective sources of talent attraction
• Provide talent and support the company's development
• Implement the full cycle of recruitment process to close vacancies
• Organize events accompanying the internal rotation of personnel
• Maintain department reporting on projects and processes
• Consult heads of the company's divisions on issues related to personnel selection
• To proactively participate in the development of other projects

Requirements:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting
• You know English at the Upper Intermediateand above
• Own candidate search tools and channels
• Experience using candidate assessment methods in your practice
• Creative and have a digital mindset< /li>
• You have good communication skills, competent written and spoken language
• You have an active attitude in life
• You are focused on results and continuous self-development
• Proactive, flexible , a quick learner, proactive and ready to implement new ideas
