Responsibilities:
• Managing full recruitment process for Gambling/Betting company (Middle up to Lead);
• Bearing responsibility for all recruitment process of open vacancies under your responsibility, including: intake, direct communication with hiring team, offering process, etc.;
• Maintain database of candidates;
• Participating in other projects related to recruitment according to your interest (employer branding, process automation, etc.)

Requirements:
• Successful experience in filling positions for 2+ years;
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
• Experience in direct search and headhunting, developed sourcing skills
• Knowledge of the latest processes and tools in the recruiting field;
• Excellent skills with candidates’ selection for the interview with top management.
• Successful experience in filling IT positions for 2+ years.
• Developed sourcing skills (using automation techniques and different sourcing tools)
