RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates (from writing a job description to successful hiring)
- Fill in-house positions across Business Development, Marketing, Client Services, Account Management, HR, Administration etc., and sometimes tech roles
- Sourcing and interviewing C-Suite candidates, management roles of various levels, etc
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, social media, and other channels to find high-quality candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand specific job requirements and team goals
- Participation in the analysis of the salary market for the formation of competitive remuneration for employees
- Keep everyone in the loop with regular reports on recruitment progress
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting within the IT services industry.
- Experience in successfully hiring C-level executives
- Ability to create detailed summaries and provide hiring recommendations
- Confident in using LinkedIn as a key recruitment tool
- Goal-driven, independent, and deadline-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
- Proficient in English at an intermediate level or higher
