Main expectations from the recruiter's skills:

- From 5- years of successful previous experience in closing various vacancies: in technical specialties (Front\back Developers; QA manual\automation; DevOps and others); creative: 2D\3D artist; SMM; Creative managers; Copywriters; Animators and others); as well as: chat operators, sales managers, accountants, administrative staff.

- Confident skills in actively searching for the right candidates using various sources and tools, conducting high-quality interviews;

- Excellent communication and objection skills;

- Multitasking and time management skills, ability to focus on the main thing;

- Developed school of independent work and teamwork.

Main tasks:

- Provide a full recruiting cycle (from drawing up a job description and candidate portrait together with the hiring manager , to the offer and beyond!);

- Active search for candidates for various vacancies: IT\non-technical positions, with different seniority levels;

- Close cooperation with hiring managers, for the fastest closing of vacancies;

— Providing timely feedback to candidates, monitoring the performance of test tasks (for some vacancies);

- Maintaining a database.
