Who we are looking for:
- Experience in recruitment for at least 3 years.
- Experience in recruitment in the IT sphere, preferably in the iGaming niche or related fields.
- Deep knowledge of methods and tools for searching and recruiting personnel.
- Experience with recruitment management systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
- Ability to conduct interviews to identify technical and soft skills of candidates.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare recruitment reports.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- High degree of self-organization and responsibility.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and tight deadlines.
- Experience working in international companies and with candidates from different countries is an advantage.
- Knowledge of English at the level (B1 and above).
- Knowledge of the specifics of the iGaming industry and an understanding of the main trends and technologies in this area.
Your main tasks involve:
- Implementation of personnel search and selection strategies in accordance with the company’s business needs.
- Managing the full personnel selection cycle: from identifying needs to accepting an offer by a candidate.
- Conducting initial interviews, assessing the professional and personal qualities of candidates.
- Close interaction with Hiring Managers to accurately understand the requirements for candidates.
- Active use of various sources and channels for searching candidates (job sites, social networks, professional communities, internal databases, etc.).
- Maintaining and updating data in the recruitment management system (ATS).
- Creating and maintaining a candidate funnel, tracking progress at each stage.
- Preparing reports and analytical data on recruitment for management.
- Participation in employer branding events (job fairs, conferences, etc.).
- Developing and implementing initiatives to attract and retain talent.
- Accompanying candidates until they start work and participating in onboarding.
- Analyzing the labor market and monitoring the competitive environment to determine best hiring practices.
