The primary objective istoidentify and attract top-tier professionals who will contribute tothe growth and success ofour company. What you willdo: Manage the full cycle ofrecruitment, from accepting asearch application tohiring acandidate; Being aleader inthe recruitment process and establishing processes and standards (evaluation stages, communication standards with candidates, etc. ); Actively search and select talented candidates worldwide, from linear positions to C-level; Effectively achieve recruiting results byapproaching the talent market with innovative job advertisements and sourcing strategies; Screen, evaluate and interview candidates toassess their background, qualifications, competencies, cultural fit, and alignment with Company values; Track recruitment metrics and analyze data toevaluate the effectiveness ofrecruitment strategies, making data-driven adjustments asneeded; Design and implement effective sourcing strategies toattract top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry events; Closely work with the Talent Sourcer and Hiring Managers during the full recruitment cycle and ensure effective collaboration; Maintain accurate records and documentation ofhiring processes. Toachieve the results, you’ll need: Atleast 3years ofproven experience inafull cycle ofrecruitment inafast-paced environment with afocus onsales and technical roles worldwide; Proficiency inthe usage ofapplicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software; Fluency inwritten and spoken English (C1level orhigher); Familiarity with the methods ofevaluating candidates and their competencies (competencies-based interview, values-based interview, etc.); Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability tomultitask and prioritize effectively; Attention todetail and strong analytical skills.
